Differential setting: set at N (hobbylock 786)
Needle: from 1 to 2 needles, depending on tape width (784, 786)
Sewing foot: engage cording foot
Stitch width: 3 to 5 mm for a tape width from 4 to 9 mm.
Stitch length: >N<
Tension setting: >N<

Inserting the tape:

1. Set needle at highest position.
2. Engage or disengage top knife, depending on work.
3. Raise sewing foot and place tape in guide -1- from right.
4. Push tape to right stop with slide -2-.
5. Adjust location of tape in relation to needle by turning adjusting screw -3-.
6. Place fabric in and carry out a sewing test.
