Whether in-store or onsite, we maintain the same high standards of service using genuine or carefully quality-tested compatible parts. All repairs are backed by DualFeed & PFAFF.

For walk-in servicing, please bring the complete machine set, including:

  • Foot pedal
  • Power cable
  • Needle and presser foot
  • Hardcover (if available)
  • Bobbin and top thread

For older or discontinued models, certain parts may no longer be available. In such cases, we will advise you on suitable alternatives whenever possible.

How Long Will My Sewing Machine Repair Take?

Standard servicing and repairs typically take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

More complex repairs (such as motherboard or LCD issues) may require additional time.

For onsite servicing, repairs are usually completed on the spot. If further work is required at our workshop:

  • Repair time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Delivery after completion: 1 to 3 business days

How Much Do Sewing Machine Repairs Cost?

Walk-in Service:
After inspection, our consultant will provide an estimated repair cost. A screening fee is required upfront, which will be deducted from the final bill if you proceed with the repair.

You will be informed of the final cost—including parts replacement or reconditioning—within the estimated range after assessment.

Onsite Service:
To arrange a technician visit, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at ask@dualfeed.sg with:

  • Machine brand and model
  • Description of the issue
  • Your name and address

Please book 1 to 3 working days in advance for scheduling.

*Terms & Conditions:
The screening fee is non-refundable in cases where:

  • The machine cannot be repaired
  • The customer requests inspection/quotation only
  • Required parts are unavailable
  • The customer decides not to proceed with repair

What If My Sewing Machine Is Under Warranty?

If your machine is under warranty, please provide your order number and phone number for verification.

If the machine was not purchased from us, or is no longer under warranty, standard servicing charges will apply.
