Thank you for shopping with Dualfeed.
Cancellation or Refund: The Good(s) is not subject to cancellation or refund due to their irreversible nature, If the Good(s) have been dispatched to the customer then it will not be possible to cancel the contract or order. Where the Good(s) are faulty, the Customer must notify the Supplier or Retailer within 7 days of delivery and return the Goods to the supplier within 7 days of notifying the Supplier or Retailer with the receipt, full standard accessories, and the box. The Good(s) must be in new form. Supplier or Retailers has the rights to reject or do not accept if the Good(s) is not returned in full form e.g. lack of accessories or parts, damage, wear and tear. If Good(s) are paid or fully paid without any faulty, request of cancellation shall incur 30% of the total amount and refund shall take 7 workings days based our refund method.
P/S: All bank charges will be charge to Beneficiary for all bank/ telegraphic transmittal.
Terms & Conditions: For any offers or conversations via text, email or any form of messages between customers and Dualfeed is deemed strictly Private & Confidential. That includes all sales, repairs, services, training rendered in good-faith to customers by Dualfeed. All conversations made is strictly not be disclosed to any external parties without written consent from Dualfeed. Failing which, Dualfeed reserved the rights to claim for any damages or losses caused directly or indirectly due to the sharing of such conversations.
Note: Please collect your repaired machine within 14 days once received the SMS notification, or it will be sent to our warehouse. We will dispose machine on due dates without notice. The machine that has been repaired and not collected within 30 days shall be disposed at our sole discretion without prior notice. Machine Under Servicing : 30 Days Limited Warranty for Related Part Changed Only.
