Where can my machine be serviced under warranty?
If you purchased your machine from an authorized PFAFF® dealer, you can bring it back to that dealer for warranty service. While any authorized PFAFF dealer can perform warranty repairs, only the dealer who originally sold the machine covers the labor portion of the warranty.
If you bought your machine on DualFeed.sg, please take it to the PFAFF Store you selected as your preferred location during checkout. If you were signed in at the time of purchase, you can also find this preferred store in your account profile. It is included as well in your order shipment status emails for both guest and registered customers.
For Warranty Registration purchased under DUALFEED PTE LTD
Please prepare your invoice, and/or:
- Full Name,
- Telephone Number,
- Machine Model,
- Machine Brand,
- Machine Serial Number (shown behind or at the side of machine)
- Machine Purchased Date
Please note that the warranty starts on the date of purchase (invoice/receipt).
